 Advised 4 C-level executives in the design, staffing and implementation of new global organizations with approximately 2000 newly design positions.

Partnered in leading the successful implementation of the new HR operating model (including the implementation of Workday HRIS) and on-time separation from Pfizer.


July 2005 to November 2012

Director, HR Policy and Strategy and Chief of Staff

Executive-level thought partner and chief of staff to the SVP of Compensation, Benefits and Wellness (CBW) in formulating and realizing the CBW strategic plan and vision. Served as HR program manager for Pfizer Animal Health initiative which resulted in the spin-off of the independent company, Zoetis.

Senior Manager, Program Management, Global Mobility and Mergers & Aquisitions

Program Manager for International Compensation and Benefits change initiatives, and HR activities for Pfizer's Mergers, Acquisition and Divestitures. Policy designer and owner for Global Mobility and Relocation.

Sr Manager, Strategy and Organizational Transformation, Worldwide Business Technology

Served as advisor to executive and executive teams on issues regarding organizational development, talent management, organizational change and global workforce. Directed leadership development program and led two large restructuring initiatives.

Change Integration Lead for US Supply Chain Business Integration

Directed and led all change integration activities related to the divestiture of Adams from Pfizer Inc., and the subsequent integration with Cadbury Schweppes, to include an SAP implementation project. Advised executive supply change leadership on change integration, training and talent management.

Created non-profit created to engage personal and professional networks in my 6 month teaching assignment in Tanzania.  Positive response resulted in 2+ years field work in the central and coastal regions

  •  Developed proposals and collateral materials to raise funds to support six community-led development initiatives in Tanzania

  •  Created successful partnerships with US Fund for UNICEF, Global Volunteers, United Methodist Women, Rotary Club of the US, and NY Public Schools to promote awareness of development issues in Tanzania and develop intercultural competence among US volunteers.
