Change is my job description and communicating across cultures is my extreme sport

I’m multilingual and I take full advantage of the additional brain plasticity it affords me as well as the ability to easily try on new points of view and walk in others’ shoes

I’m endlessly fascinated by how change happens and have devoted my entire career to that end

I love to think, and think about thinking. I have a strong bias for action and getting things done.

My superpower is recognizing misunderstandings; so clearly at times that it seems I see something invisible to others

I am often called a a super synapse, a cultural intermediary, glue, and the team member you didn’t know you needed but cant live without

I have always been a maker but more so recently as I find the creation of tangible items in my personal life helps balance out my work which is largely invisible
